This dip is a go-to when I get the munchies in the afternoon. It’s got a ton of protein and good critters for your stomach. Easy peasy, and you don’t even need to dirty a dish!
1 single-serve container Fage greek yogurt
1 spoonful of peanut butter (I prefer natural, and love Jif!)
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Vehicle for your dip- apples or other fruit, graham crackers, a spoon
Mix ingredients into yogurt thoroughly, and when you do your taste test try not to eat it all before you get your apples involved. Easy, right? Enjoy!
