This dinner is a “fast food” staple for supper time in our home. We loooooove it!
Season each piece of salmon with some spices in your cupboard. Vague, right? Because it tastes good with lots of flavors! I usually use one of the McCormick grill seasonings or applewood rub. Be sure to flavor both sides! Drizzle a bit of soy sauce on top and cook on medium heat for about 4 minutes on each side (Be sure to check! You know the saying… Different pans, different stoves… wait that’s not it).
Lately I have been buying the 90 second brown rice microwave bags from the store. They’re quite a bit faster than waiting the old fashioned way, but the stove option works too.
Dish out some brown rice, slide the salmon on top, and to make it extra yummy cut up an avocado half. Ta dah!
