Spaghetti and Meatballs

I used the veggie pasta maker again tonight for dinner. Who knew zucchini could go undercover as spaghetti noodles and actually taste… good??

I heated up some jarred pasta sauce with frozen meatballs and mushrooms in a sauce pan on the stove. While that cooked, I used my magical contraption to make zucchini noodles (one large zucchini for two people) and threw them on the stove to heat up. Toss a few times to make sure all of the “pasta” is hot. Mix with the sauce, and enjoy!
