I Got a Veggie Spiral Slicer for Christmas

And let me tell you… That thing is AMAZING. I came home from the gym, squiggled up a zucchini, threw in some EVOO, other veggies, seasoning, and shrimp (whatever was in the fridge!) and turned it to medium heat for about 6 minutes. BAM! Dinner is served.

If you’ve used one, you know what I’m talking about. If you haven’t, it’s probably time you update your kitchen. There are so many recipes on Pinterest I can’t wait to try.
